Challenges for the Manager of Surgical Services - Operating Room include: -Provides administrative and financial accountability for planning, directing, staffing, coordinating, and controlling functions and activities of the MOR Operating Room. - Manages the overall nursing operations of the intraoperative MOR Operating Room, service lines, and in accordance with Hospital administered policies, standards of nursing practices, and governmental regulations, providing excellent care for all perioperative patients. -Implements standards and administers clinical practice, evaluates clinical outcomes, and maintains patients' clinical records
