Description
Standard Qualifications: **Will work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday for the 12 week orientation. Once you complete orientation, your scheduled will be Wednesday - Thursday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Friday - Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.** Responsible to follow hospital and AAMI standards and policies as related to cleaning, decontamination and processing of surgical instrumentation and patient care equipment performed in the Central Sterile Supply Department. Participates in Performance Improvement projects. Assumes weekends, on-call, holidays and shift responsibilities as assigned (or volunteer to avoid assignment). Maintains education through attendance of all mandatory inservices and self-study. Maintains education through unit inservices. Attends/reads staff meetings/minutes.
