Inpatient work focuses on assessment, stabilization, and discharge planning. Duties in the IOP include DSM-5 diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and group psychotherapy. Individual or family sessions are scheduled as needed. Training in the mental health IOP model and the most frequently used psychotherapies will be provided.  The LCSW will provide targeted treatment for patients with anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychoses, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Strong ability to engage patients and create a therapeutic environment is essential. Outstanding organizational and communication skills are needed to coordinate with other professionals. Administrative tasks include insurance authorizations and concurrent reviews
