GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - The Director of Financial Analysis- CRM serves as the overall process owner for financial analysis and performance measurement for Parallon Business Performance Group (BPG) CRM team. This position works closely with the BPG Director of Financial Analysis - HCA to lead the development, deployment and delivery of performance measurement solutions (MORs / SLA dashboards) and the analysis of operations for BPG. This position is critical in ensuring that those responsible for operations of BPG have the necessary analytical information driving day-to-day operations. The position manages the CRM financial analysis team and works very closely with the Vice President of Client Relations. Additionally, the position has significant interaction and collaboration with the operations departments. This position will also have significant interaction with the BPG leadership team including but not limited to the President, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and other executive leadership team members. Additionally, the position will have interaction with executive leadership of Parallon's client organizations. The position requires knowledge of accounting/financial principles, hospital and/or revenue cycle operations, and hospital net revenue analysis. OPERATIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Serves as subject matter expert for financial analysis and performance measurement for BPG CRM across all clients. Develop client baseline revenue cycle costs models. Develop client specific SLA metrics, performance standards and measurement processes. Analyze client legacy data and historical baseline data. Coordinate with the reporting team to develop SLA measurement dashboards and processes. Responsible for oversight of data integrity related to client SLA reporting, MORs and dashboards. Prepares analyses of financial and operating results for all clients to support BPG leadership. Assist with the development and delivery of training and education material around client-facing reporting and analysis tools. Determines new ways to analyze data and information to provide operational decision-making value. Maintains effective communication with the executive leadership teams and provides relevant analytical information and oversight of performance measures including SLAs. Provides complex ad hoc financial, statistical, and operational analyses as requested by management teams. Develops and maintains relationships with Parallon departments to help ensure consistent accumulation and reporting of financial information across areas. Understands various Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Arcplan, and Business Objects) and their uses throughout the organization. Monitors adherence to established internal controls and written accounting policies.
