Standard Qualifications: Psychiatric Nurse (Full Time Nights) New 12 bed Adult Psychiatric Unit at Ogden Regional Medical Center Full Time, Part Time and PRN Opportunities Available (All Shifts) ($5k sign on bonus) for Full Time and Part Time Our northern Utah facility serves a large community with our variety of services including: a cancer treatment center, women's services, cardiology services, and an alcohol and chemical dependency treatment center as well as many others. Position Title(s): Registered Nurse (Full Time, Part Time and PRN's needed) Unit Assignment: New Psychiatric Unit at Ogden Regional Medical Center Work Schedules: Full Time, Part Time and PRN employees needed for both shifts: *Days (5 a.m. - 5 p.m.) with rotating weekends *Nights (5 p.m. - 5 a.m.) with rotating weekends Start Dates: November 20, 2017, December 4, 2017 and December 18, 2017 NOTE: An assessment (that takes about 20 minutes to complete) will be automatically sent to you when you have applied for this position (unless you have completed it when applying for a previous similar type position). Please look for it in your email and complete immediately as to not impede the processing of your application. *Under the direction of a Registered Nurse Manager, the RN delivers direct physical and psycho-social care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. *The RN effectively interacts with patients, significant others and all health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN communicates the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team.
