Administrative and operational responsibility for Administrative Coordinators, Bed Management and System-Wide Internal float pool. Provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to professional personnel using the professional practice model standards. Effectively manages the patient flow process from admission to discharge collaborating with multiple health care disciplines and health care team members
