Standard Qualifications: Registered Nurse RN Seasonal Position Stepdown/Progressive Care Units PRN Schedule for Days 7A-7P or Nights 7P-7A Seasonal Rate: $45 per hour Program Runs from October 1, 2017 through May 12, 2018 Our Seasonal Float Pool RNs receive Premium Pay for our Hospital wide Pool! These positions require a commitment of at least 72 hours per two week pay period and a minimum 12 week agreement. We have Day and Night positions available for 12 hour shifts. Completion Bonus eligibility after the successful completion of 16 weeks of employment while meeting all shift requirements during that time period. We currently searching for experienced RNs for our Float Pool to work in our Progressive Care/Stepdown Units. With your experience, we will offer you premium pay for the expertise that you will bring to the position. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of confidentiality, have positive interpersonal skills, and be customer service focused. Medical City Plano is a full-service, 497-bed acute-care facility with more than 1,600 employees and over 1000 physicians on staff, representing over 70 specialties and sub-specialties.
