Portsmouth Regional Hospital is the only Level II Trauma Center on the Seacoast and one of only three in New Hampshire to earn this important distinction The Registered Nurse provides nursing care for patients within the scope of practice as defined by the NH Board of Nursing, in collaboration with the physician and other members of the health care team using recognized nursing techniques and hospital-based clinical and administrative polices. The Registered Nurse represents the hospital both professionally and positively. Upon hire it will be determined and agreed upon by the employee and Director of Maternal-Child Services which area(s) the employee will be required to work.
