This is a combined Women and Children's surgical setting including, but not limited to the following procedures: - Bariatric (Center of Excellence) - General Surgery - OB/GYN - Ophthalmology - Pediatric Ophthalmology and Retinal Surgery - Pediatric General and Thoracic Surgery - Pediatric Plastic Surgery - Pediatric Ortho Spine Surgery - Pediatric ENT TriStar Centennial Women Hospital opened its doors in 1995 as Middle Tennessee's first and only free-standing hospital dedicated to the care of women and includes the following services: - Gynecology - Labor and Delivery - Maternal Special Care - Mother/Baby Care - OB Emergency Department (1 st and only in Nashville) - Surgical Services The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial includes the following services: - Pediatric Medical/Surgical - Pediatric ICU - Kid's Express - Pediatric Emergency Services (Currently in Adult/Pediatric Emergency Department) - Neonatal ICU (Level 3) - Pediatric Outpatient Rehab - Pediatric Sleep Services - Pediatric Neurology - Pediatric ENT and Ophthalmology - Pediatric Urology - Pediatric Gastroenterology - Pediatric Endocrinology - Child Life Services - Surgical Services Job Summary · Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients served. · Demonstrates the facility's Standards of Performance, ICARE values and Patient Promise. · Promotes customer service initiatives. · Utilizes nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients. · Performs technical circulator and/or scrub skills and procedures in a surgery setting. · Documents all patient care
