We are looking for a Director of Physical Medicine to join our leadership team! GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for directing all aspects of Physical Medicine (PT, OT, Speech): staffing, management , education, budget Evaluates patient and establishes plan of care. Documents all essential information regarding patient. Ensures appropriate care by reviewing plan of care and adjusting accordingly. Supervises patient care assigned to Rehab Services. Provides clinical education development to all staff. Additional administrative responsibilities as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
