We offer one of the broadest portfolios of solutions across the United States and internationally.  JOB SUMMARY As a Director of Client Technical Assurance for Parallon Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring clients get the most value from the PTS Technical service lines. You'll develop relationships, both internally and externally, connect with business executives and IT stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business requirements and goals. Building on this knowledge, you will develop a strategic roadmap and facilitate the clients' adoption and satisfaction with PTS Technical Service lines. As one of the primary contacts for our clients, you will manage ongoing activities and ensure the long term success of the client. The director of client technical assurance is seen as a trusted technical advisor who understands enterprise IT strategic and architectural challenges, and are able to engage directly with executives, architects and developers with our partners and large enterprise clients. The ideal team member will lead and directs the activities of the Client Technical Services, reinforcing the goals to deliver clients with cutting edge, cost effective solutions and an exceptional customer experience.  GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Establish executive relationships, conduct client monthly operating reviews, advocate for client to remove potential and experienced road blocks.  • Coordinate across multiple work streams and teams to maintain client momentum.  • Contribute to the strategic and delivery relationship with clients to maximize the value of PTS services. Team with clients technical and implementation leads and partners to manage and drive successful delivery of PTS Technical services.  • Guide clients through the entire innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps and driving achievement of key milestones. Serve as champion and advocate for business transformation, enabling teams to embrace the latest in Healthcare infrastructure technologies.  • Provide best practices and accelerated support for PTS service lines. Develop best practice recommendations for PTS clients based on the experience gained during client engagements.  • Drive client feedback to PTS service line owners and stakeholders to ensure the best possible client experience, and assist in prioritizing service line requirements by communicating client needs and impact.  • Assist Client Executive with annual infrastructure services budget guidelines based on the shared goals of PTS and clients.  • Provide presale engineering support to Client Executive.  • Assist Project Management Office to ensure infrastructure projects are completed on schedule, and within the established profit margins, with a high level of client satisfaction.  • Mentor project managers and engineers to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.  • Work with Director of Technical Services on resource planning, training, statement of work creation and infrastructure health analysis. • Assess, define, develop and manage infrastructure health measurements per customer.  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • 5 or more years of experience in a healthcare or life sciences company or consulting firm in an infrastructure and/or data systems environment with knowledge of healthcare industry regulations/policies for technical service lines.  • Experience in operating in a profit driven organization; maintaining budgets and profit and loss goals.  • Past experience and capability to define, govern, mature and support IT Managed Services as a service provider.  • Strong personnel leadership skills, technical acumen and capability, professionalism, self-motivation, ambition, self-discipline, focus and attention to detail. • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and client base.  • Experience with IT operations inside a healthcare organization.  • Strong Understanding of Enterprise routing, security, and AD architecture.
