Job Description: Plan, organize, control, and supervise clinical activities in hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Recommends innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs. As a manager they will be involved in both hiring and terminating personnel. The clinical manager may oversee operation of the pharmacy in the absence of the pharmacy director.
