Standard Qualifications: Patient Access Manager Reston Hospital As Patient Access Manager for Reston Hosptial, you will be responsible for: The daily operations of all Registration functions performed at the location. Integrating the department's services with the hospital's primary functions develops/implements policies and procedures that guide or support service, assesses and improves department performance, and ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff. Maintain quality assurance and ensuring EMTALA and Health Insurance requirements are met. Employee scheduling, interviewing, hiring and payroll. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required. A minimum of 3 years Supervisory or Leadership experience is a must. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm with shared on-call rotation weekend responsibilities.
