Job Description: Based out of the East Florida Division office and reporting to the Division Chief Nurse Executive, the Division Nurse Residency Program (ENRP) Regional Coordinator is responsible for directing, coordinating, facilitating ENRP program activities for the Division. Responsibilities include: Coordinate all activities for the Nurse Residency Program including: Collaborate with all stakeholders (i.e. facility leadership, Simulation Learning Center Director, clinical instructors, ENRP Recruitment Coordinator, and vendors) to develop an orientation and onboarding schedule for each cohort of Nurse Residents. In collaboration with Learning and Organizational Development, Education Department, and facility leadership, develop the schedule for monthly ENRP educational sessions Assist in the recruitment and education of subject matter experts, nurse leaders, debriefers, mentors, and preceptors Develop, implements, facilitates, and evaluates all educational activities offered for the ENRP Develop relationships with each facility leadership team and communicates plans, schedules, and evaluation data in a timely manner Work in collaboration with the marketing and recruitment team to plan events related to the ENRP (i.e. welcome events, recruitment fairs, graduation) For more information, contact xxxxxxxxxxx*.
