POSITION TITLE: Admin Director of Service Excellence SUPERVISOR: CNO POSITION SUMMARY: The Admin Director of Service and Clinical Excellence is responsible to implement programs that improve that agency of leadership teams to execute on patient experience, leadership development, and acts as a resource supporting house-wide and departmental initiatives that improve care. Additionally, the Admin Director of Service and Clinical Excellence supports research and policy and procedure development and maintains the organization of policy and procedures. This is a senior position with a key role in shaping how MountainView Hospital will transform health care in a multi-disciplinary approach. Supporting clinical teams, clinical research, graduate medical education, and quality departments will focus on driving patient experience, leadership development, and clinical improvement initiatives to synthesize a cohesive approach to improved outcomes.
