Description
Standard Qualifications: JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the RN, perform clerical functions related to patient care for the cardiovascular service line. Acts willingly in a variety of responsibilities, for example: Act as unit receptionist Maintain stock supplies Contribute to a safe environment of care for the patients Communication between departments Maintain the medical record Transcribe medical orders with emphasis in orders common to cardiovascular care May access general supply storage areas where saline flushes and procedure trays are stored.
