Standard Qualifications: POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the Del Sol Medical Center Women's and Teen Centers. This includes all aspects of administrative operations, management of teen center staff, finances, community outreach, marketing, and, program development - with the primary goal of maximizing patient referrals/admissions to DSMC physicians, facilities and services . This position is also responsible for promoting, planning, and participating in community outreach projects and activities to increase facility volume and enhance visibility. Will a dminister, analyze and evaluate the services given to the clients within the city of El Paso. Advise hospital management regarding the status of the El Paso market, competitive intelligence, budgetary projections, improvement processes, and, statistics. Anticipates and estimates future needs of the Women's and Teen Centers to increase market share while maximizing quality of services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Expand awareness and visibility of the Women's and Teen Center by developing key relationships within the community while advancing existing relationships and strengthening weak ones. Utilize appropriate marketing skills to identify community needs and opportunities. Work with Administrative and Physician Relations Director to develop relationships with members of the medical staff in order to build relationships, promote communication, and, problem solve issues and concerns. Network with Public Affairs Director to identify key individuals involved in community programs, payers, and, the El Paso school system. Develop and/or coordinate the availability of marketing materials and collaterals maintaining e mphasis in building Women's and Teen Center services and promoting volume growth. Develop market strategies to support products and drive membership/sales growth Establish and maintain strong relationships with individuals supervising community programs, payers, and school systems and continually deliver DSMC collateral materials. Recognize competitive opportunities and strategically position the improvement of the marketing plan toward meeting identified competitive differentiation. Provide leadership to the Women's and Teen Center personnel, ensuring program quality is held to the highest standard Provide the organization with prompt and accurate information by a nalyzing statistical data trends and initiating actions to increase volume. Other duties as assigned.
