Standard Qualifications: Regional Medical Center of San Jose is a 247 bed hospital with a Level II Trauma Center . Schedule: 0.6 (24 hours per week), Shift: Variable with rotating weekends. Internal Posting Period: 11/28/2017 - 12/05/17 2 of 2 postings: (08385-19028 posted) The Registered Nurse II coordinates nephrology related interventions and educations to hospitalized patients, their families/support system and non-dialysis patient care staff. May assist in mentoring, guiding new staff and providing direction within dialysis services. Responsible for assessing planning, implementing and evaluating outcomes including those related to multidisciplinary plan of care. Will function within the scope of the RN licensure and the Nursing Practice Act.
