Job Description: The Nurse Technician assists the professional nursing personnel by performing patient care activities and ensuring patient satisfaction under the supervision of the RN in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Kendall Regional Medical Center. Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to: Performs all duties in a time frame consistent with time allotted.Identifies situations which require assistance from other team members and communicates those needs to RN in order to prioritize delivery of patient care. Answers patient call lights in a timely manner and responds to patient needs/requests. Able to identify emergency situations and responds appropriately Performs all duties in a time frame consistent with time allotted. Assists patients with nutritional needs, by preparing them for their meal or feeding them .
