Nurse Practitioner / Family / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner NP for an immediate opening. Our client offers the following benefits: $94,000-$100,000 depending on experience 3 Weeks PTO 10 Paid Holidays 3 Days CME $1,500 Health 65% paid by employer, Dental, Vision Life Insurance $50,000 paid by employer LTD 100% paid by employer Eligibility for student loan repayment plan 403B 5% match Relocation assistance available Possible Sign-On Bonus Malpractice paid by employer Nurse Practitioner / Family / Outpatient Job Responsibilities As a Nurse Practitioner NP you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner NP include: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 Friday 8:30-4:00 20-25 Patients a day No weekends or nights No Call Report Directly to the CMO Full Support Staff Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Nurse Practitioner NP who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service.
