Nurse Practitioner NP / Psychiatric Mental Health PMHNP / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP for an immediate opening. Our client provides psychiatric services to the underserved and underinsured population in the Marshalltown area. Our client offers the following benefits: $95,000 - $130,000 Salary depending on experience 401K with a 4% match 3 Weeks PTO (first year) 6 days of sick leave 8-10 Holidays paid Health Dental Vision Long term disability Eligible for Student Loan Repayment $50,000 Life insurance paid by employer (ability to purchase additional) Malpractice Paid 50% of gym membership paid CMEs offered Possibility Sign On Bonus Nurse Practitioner NP / Psychiatric Mental Health PMHNP / Outpatient Job Responsibilities As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP include: Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm No nights No weekends Follow protocols as established by the Chief Medical Officer and Clinic Practice Director. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
