Nurse Practitioner NP / Mental Health / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner NP for an immediate opening. Our Client is an integrated care provider of choice for the residents of Montcalm County by delivering services and supports that result in better care, better outcomes and better value for those we serve. Our client offers the following benefits: $80,000 to $115,000 Salary depending on experience Health, Vision, Dental 25K life insurance 4 Weeks PTO/2 weeks sick/ 9 Paid Holidays Long Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Nurse Practitioner NP / Mental Health / Outpatient Job Responsibilities As delegated by the Medical Director, provides psychiatric care to consumers. As delegated by a supervising physical health Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathy, provides general/family practice medical care to patients. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director in the planning and oversight of clinical program activities of the agency. Provides technical assistance on the development of integrated health program issues, policy, and treatment practices. Participates in the development and review of program plans and participates in program evaluation activities as a part of the organization's quality improvement processes. Promotes mental health recovery, wellness, and full participation within the community for consumers in a manner where practice is trauma informed, co-occurring capable, person/family centered and integrated with other health care providers. Additional responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner NP include: 40 Hours a week Monday- Friday with some flexibility Experience and training in one or more of the identified Specialty population children with SED, persons with DD, adults with SMI, the elderly, persons with co-occurring substance use disorders or complex medical conditions. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner NP role include: Graduation from an accredited PA/NP Program.
