$5000 Sign On Bonus!     Job Title   Registered Nurse / RN     Job Location  Kindred Hospital Indianapolis Central- 1700 W. 10 th St Indianapolis IN 46222     Kindred Hospital Indianapolis Central is a 59-bed long-term acute care hospital comprised of an 6-bed ICU. As a JCAHO-accredited hospital, we offer our complex/critically ill patients who require specialized and aggressive care over an extended recovery period a full array of clinical services, including 24x7 nursing and respiratory therapy coverage, inpatient dialysis, minor procedure rooms, rehab, pharmacy, and a fully-credentialed medical staff with multiple sub-specialties.     Shift Time  PRN     Job Duties   The Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation   The Registered Nurse demonstrates performance consistent with professional standards of practice and the mission of Kindred Healthcare   The Registered Nurse demonstrates skills in communication, collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources  Experience  Six months of Registered Nursing experience in an acute care setting. Critical Care experience preferred.  Education  Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse/RN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse/RN.  License  Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana Professional Licensing Agency required.  BCLS required. BCLS certification is required.
