Description
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing support in patient care and in carrying out therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional practices, state practice acts, and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Kindred Health CORE values. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a high school graduate, and will have successfully completed equivalent training. Experience in working in a health care setting is necessary; experience with adult/geriatric population and/or serving people with physical disabilities is preferred. Computer and current technology competence.
