Position: RN- Ambulatory Care Location: Montgomery, AL Duration: Full-time

Assesses and monitor patients’ through the perioperative settingAdministers and monitors patients receiving conscious sedation, pre-operative, perioperative, and postoperativeAssist physicians utilizing sterile techniqueDemonstrate critical thinking of patient data including status of vascular access and lab work, report changes, and make appropriate recommendations for patient careOperates appropriate facility equipment and technology, including but not limited to, patient monitors, defibrillators, medical recording devices, sterilizers and computers in a safe and efficient mannerAssists with efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment to achieve supply cost goalsRequirements
High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; and Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferredGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)Must possess a strong clinical background with the ability to work independently3-5 years’ experience in a Critical Care environment (ICU, CCU, ER)Experienced with moderate sedationACLS/BLS certification requiredBenefits
