Position: Medical Assistant Location: Murray, UT Duration: Full-timeJob InfoCoordinates with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient flow, waiting room, and exam room experiencePrepares patients to be seen by physicians, collects vital signs and testing as required by the healthcare providerAssists provider with collection, documentation, processing, and verification of information related to patient care in an EMR system.Performs diagnostic tests and processes and enters resultsCommunicates patient concerns and needs to the healthcare providerProvides timely responses to patient inquiries and timely completion of assigned tasksDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in writing and via email, as well as ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential mattersRequirementsSuccessful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CertificationHigh School diploma or GED equivalentOne or more years experience in an outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting ias preferredExperience working with an EMR system is preferredPhlebotomy experience is preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceMedical/DentalWeekly PayDirect DepositReferral BonusesChildcare reimbursementFor immediate consideration please create a profile and submit your resume through our applicant tracking system.
