Position: RN Nurse Clinician Location: St. Paul, MN Shift: Full Time
Job Info
Provide care and support through phone triage to pre/post-operative and non-operative xxxxxxxxxxx*cates patients on pre/post-operative care and concerns.May schedule patients in clinics as determined by necessity. Provide appropriate assessment of patient’s health, ranging from focused to comprehensive.Facilitate collaborative discussion and review of cases and findings with physician as needed.Ensure physician is informed of patient findings and status.Obtain patient health history from patient or guardian and review pertinent health recordsRequirements
