Perform examinations based on patient profileRecord test results, prepare reports and update patient recordsMaintain and calibrate equipmentOrganize daily work schedules and prepare supplies and equipment rooms to meet physician requirementsCollaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient careQualifications and Job Info
Minimum of 2-3 year of recent diagnostic ultrasound experience in a level 1 facilityGraduate of accredited 5 year Ultrasound program requiredRegistered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)Active BLSActive Vermont state licensePrevious travel experience preferredMust have computer charting – prefer EpicDemonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.Benefits
