Position: Facility Administrator Location: Reno, NV Shift: Full Time
Job Info
• Ensures the development of proper clinical procedures that ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality • Ensures appropriate admission and discharge procedures and assures that pre-admission criteria are appropriately met in accordance with policy • Researches and prepares cost reduction proposals and implements them as applicable • Evaluates ongoing patient care and reports significant patient problems to appropriate team members • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum (3) years direct experience or related experience.in healthcare supervisory or administrative role • Experience in outpatient healthcare operations or an ambulatory surgery center setting preferred • Experience obtaining and maintaining Medicare certification through an accrediting organization is desirable • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in nursing, healthcare or business related field preferred • Must meet any and all state specific requirements for background and education level • Successfully complete and maintain BLS Certification
