Position: Director of Hospice Patient Care Services Location: Costa Mesa, CA Duration: Full TimeJob InfoCoordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinicalorganization personnelProvides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors/NursingSupervisors to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health careservices, provided through organization personnel.Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient andfamily/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.Hires, evaluates, and terminates organization personnel.Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports and records forpurposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure andcertification of organization personnel and, maintains compliance to the Joint CommissionHome Care standards.RequirementsRegistered nurse w current CA license from an accredited program by the National League for NursingMaster's in health care preferredIn the last 5 years, 3 yrs. experience in home health-hospice, primary care clinic or health facility and 1 yr. supervisor experience For immediate consideration please create a profile and submit your resume through our applicant tracking system.
