Multi-unit - Director of Medical Surgical, Nevada
Acute hospital of 300 beds seeks seasoned Director of Medical Surgical to oversee multi-unit nursing departments. The role oversees a Medical Surgical unit of 45 beds that include Bariatric patients along with Nursing over sight of an additional unit of 32 beds. Role calls for a seasoned nursing professional that has the ability to oversee the operations including process improvement, streamline and supply process. Ideal candidate has a management style that understand the importance of mentoring and empowering staff.
Registered Nurse, with a BSN, Master’s degree a plus with leadership experience. Solid nursing background within a med surge clinical environment needed. Nevada RN required upon start date. Ideal candidate has a roll up your sleeves attitude and confidence in departmental improvements.
Compensation up to 140K base with an excellent relocation package that includes a house hunting trip & temp housing. Excellent medical benefits and 401(k) match.
