Position: Director of Hospice Patient Care Services Location: Riverside, CA Shift: Full TimeJob InfoCoordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnelProvides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors/NursingSupervisors to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnelProvides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicatedHires, evaluates, and terminates organization personnelOther duties as assignedRequirementsRegistered nurse w current CA license from an accredited program by the National League for NursingMaster's in health care preferredIn the last 5 years, 3 yrs. experience in home health-hospice, primary care clinic or health facility 1 yr. supervisor experience For immediate consideration please create a profile and submit your resume through our applicant tracking system.
