Clinical Nurse Manager, Surgery, Peri-operative Services Excellent role for a sharp Nurse Manager to oversee our Surgical Services - Perioperative services line within our acute hospital of just under 300 beds. Great hospital and leadership team makes this an awesome role for a nursing professional seeking growth and reward. We seek a Manager that can lead a solid staff. Ideal candidate has knowledge of staff development, mentoring and accountability. The ability to think outside the box and on their feet. Candidate has the ability to communicate effectively with physicians and has understanding of driving metrics and HCAP scores. Role reports to a Director of Surgical Services and oversees staff and daily operations of our operating rooms, day surgery, in/outpatient services, pre admissions and Endo.
Role requires a BSN, will consider a RN completing BSN. Nevada RN required upon start date.
Compensation up to 105Kwith relocation package which includes temp housing and house hunting trip, excellent benefits package, 401(k).
