Requirements
Masters or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or universityGraduate of an NP program accredited by the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Licensure/CertificationActive License as California Registered Nurse (RN)Certification as California Nurse Practitioner (NP)National Certification Corporation neonatal certificate within 6 months of hire (RNC)Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Furnishing number issued by the Board of Registered Nursing required in order to furnish medications (NPF)Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally accredited nursing organization (e.g., ANA or National Academy of Nurse Practitioners) is preferredMinimum 1 year of experienceIf you have any interest or would like to discuss further:
