Position: Phlebotomist/Greeter Location: Norwich, CT Duration: M-F 8am-5pm & every other Saturdays 8am-noon

Must have excellent venipuncture technique along with thorough tube knowledge and an understanding of the order of drawPreference given to candidates who possess the following skills: Pediatrics through geriatrics experience, High volume drawing experience (50+ per day) in an environment where the sole responsibility is to draw patients back-to-back throughout an entire hospital or reference laboratory shiftHigh level of self confidence in one’s own phlebotomy technique. Excellent customer service consistently demonstrated.Requirements
State Phlebotomy Certification (where required)High School diploma or GEDA minimum of 1+ years paid working Phlebotomy experienceCustomer service attitudeThorough tube knowledgeComplete understanding of the order of the drawExcellent venipuncture techniqueThe ability to successfully draw the hardest of patientsAbility to draw patient after patient with no re-sticksData entry skillsBenefits
