Looking for an Case Management Nurse interested in the Santa Clara area of New Mexico. The Case Manager is responsible to assist in the development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of Utilization Review and Discharge Planning.
This facility has 25 acute-care beds as well as 66 long-term care beds. With this facility, you get to know all of your coworkers and have a very strong family feel. From the facility you have easy access to several major cities in NM, AZ and TX as well.
