Description
Case Manager RN needed in Central California.
The facility is a 34-bed critical access hospital on the outskirts of the beautiful Yosemite national park. Since the doors opened in 1951 they have been serving the community and are hoping to have someone come and join the facility. For a critical access facility they are able to have various specialist services, something not all critical access hospitals have.
Qualifications:
BSN BLS & ACLS requiredMinimum 1 year experience (MedSurg)Home Health/Hospice Care experience preferred Current & Valid CA Drivers License Required
