NEW Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician Opening at a well-established 50-bed hospital located in Central Illinois! This facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a member of the Voluntary Hospitals of America, Inc., and the Illinois Hospital Association. This hospital prides itself on offering an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services. While our services have advanced, our commitment to providing healthcare in an atmosphere of compassion and caring has remained constant. This is a permanent and full time, third shift opportunity. For consideration, applicants must have an A.S. or B.S. Degree in Medical Technology (or related field) in addition to an ASCP (or equivalent) as a MT or MLT. This is a generalist position where the technologist or technician will be expected to perform tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Serology, and EIA. Compensation includes a highly competitive hourly rate, full benefits and either a sign on bonus or relocation assistance (if necessary)!
