Description
Actively hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maine. This person will work with patients in providing outpatient community mental health services.
The practitioner in this role will collaborate with the primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the integrated Primary Care Team.
