Currently seeking a Full-Time Director of Surgical Services!Job Description:
Oversees the daily operations of the surgery department. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting. Also oversees pre and post-operative care of patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to CNO.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Master's Degree preferred. Current FL RN License and at least 8 years experience in Surgical Services. Prior leadership also required in area of specialty.
