Full-time Regional Sales Representative needed out of Atlanta, GA! (Reference Code: KAM914)

Currently seeking a Lead Anesthesia Technologist, Anesthesia Manager, or an an Operating Room Registered Nurse to work in a sales position covering territories in GA, NC, SC, TN & AL.

Expectations: - Qualify practice protocol, needs and customer behaviors in advance of sales calls on end users and leads by using exploratory open-ended questions with decision influencers as well as decision makers. - Open selling conversations with a clear purpose, a benefit for the customer to listen and immediately gain their involvement. - Use open-ended questions to facilitate customer discovery and magnification of needs. - Demonstrate product features, functions and benefits that fill needs revealed by the customer. - Use third party references and proof sources as validation of our product benefits. - Address customer questions, concerns or objections by acknowledging, listening, clarifying, empathizing, summarizing benefits and providing realistic resolutions. - Encourage customer action by using trial closes, offering alternatives, assumptive closes and asking for the business. - Routinely search for customer satisfaction with our products so that references of satisfied end user customers can be used to support future sales calls.
