Full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant needed in southern Vermont! (Reference Code: KAM)
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT Department: ORTHO Schedule: Full time Shift: Day Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5
POSITION SUMMARY: The PA practices under the supervising physicians to evaluate patients in the office setting and, in some instances, in the nursing homes. The PA treats both acute and chronic problems. The scope of problems encountered by the PA is the same as those dealt with by the supervising physicians in the practices. QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification/degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. * Two years of PA experience in a primary care practice, or a relevant specialty practice preferred. * Current licensure as a PA-C by the State of Vermont. * Healthcare Provider CPR certification. * DEA license.
