Looking for a Lab Manager to join a hospital in New Hampshire. The position is full-time on the day shift.

Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing and managing the overall operation of the LaboratoryOccasional benchwork requiredEnsure the best quality, services are cost contained and are carried out Recognizing results or problems that require referral Assuring competency of all personnelFormulating the budget, maintaining performance improvement activities within the department ASCP (MT)Experience with CAP and/or CLIA7+ years in the lab; 5+ in hospital based leadership5+ FTE reports
