Absolutely gorgeous hospital off the central coast of Florida is looking to add an Emergency Department Manager to their tenured team of clinicians. An ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with three or more years of supervisory experience within emergency services or leadership within another department plus staff level ED experience. If you're looking to take that next step into your career, this is the opportunity for you! The Emergency Department Manager coordinates all operational activities for emergency services. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the ED Manager assesses, plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the daily departmental plan of care to include efficient utilization of procedural schedules, staff and equipment. The Emergency Department Manager monitors the plan to ensure quality, appropriateness, timeliness, and effectiveness of services rendered.

What you need to bring to the table: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience within emergency servicesMinimum of three years of RN ED staff experienceBSN RequiredBLS, ACLS within starting your new roleActive FL RN license in good standingTNCC preferred
