Absolutely gorgeous hospital off the central coast of Florida is looking to add a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to their tenured team of cardiac specialists. An ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with three or more years of supervisory experience within cardiac services or another department and over three years of cath lab experience. The Cardiac Cath Lab Manager coordinates all operational activities for invasive and interventional procedures performed in the Cardiac Cath Suite, stress and Echo-Vascular Services. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager assesses, plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the daily departmental plan of care to include efficient utilization of procedural schedules, staff and equipment. The Cardiac Cath Lab Manager monitors the plan to ensure quality, appropriateness, timeliness, and effectiveness of services rendered.

What you need to bring to the table: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience within cardiac servicesMinimum of three years of RN cardiac cath lab experienceBSN RequiredBLS, ACLS within starting your new roleActive FL RN license in good standingCritical Care or Cardiac Nurse Certification preferred
