Description
The Referral/Admission Liaison is responsible for completing clinical assessments and assessing potential candidates for a large hospital system's Rehabilitation Institute and obtaining final approval by the Rehabilitation admitting physician.

What you need to bring to the table: Graduate from an approved school of nursing.A current license as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain a license prior to start dateMaintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.Two (2) years of acute care RN experience.One (1) plus years of experience working in the capacity of a Case Manager in Care Coordination.Strong knowledge of insurance and ICD-10 coding.
