Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical professional to join one of the nation’s top Cardiovascular Hospitals rated in the top FIVE percentile for cardiac care, cardiac surgery and STEMI Care services. The position for a Director of Cardiovascular Services will be responsible for the overall operations of Cardiovascular Services including the cardiac catheterization labs, EP labs, procedural intake and recovery areas, neurophysiology and vascular interventional suites. This nationally recognized health system in Ohio is looking for a leader that can evolve into the C-Suite to oversee this service line for the entire metropolitan community of hospitals.
Qualifying candidates will possess the following attributes:
Five or more years of clinical experience showing progression within cardiac services
Five or more years of clinical leadership experience within a complex cardiac environment
Master’s Degree required in the following areas: MSN, MBA, MHA or another related field
Candidates must possess strong communication skills including the ability to interact with staff, executive and physicians
Active licensure and certifications required
