Description
Advantage On Call is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an Assisted Living and Outpatient Facility just outside of Phoenix, Arizona! The Physical Therapist will work as part of the assisted living community team with collaboration between Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy. Patients are fun and fairly independent although there are some memory care patients who need services. Permanent opportunity for the right candidate!
Description:
Start Date: ASAP
Located just west of Phoenix, in Goodyear county
Assisted Living Community with opportunity to see Outpatient Orthopedics, if desired
Collaboration and communication with staff therapists and nursing
40-50 visits / week
May float between 3-4 locations
