2+ years of current OT Outpatient experience - Required
1+ years of current HAND experience - Required
NH License must be active prior to start - Required
BLS/CPR (AHA) and PAM Certification - Required
Hand Certification - Highly Preferred Preferred Qualifications Hand Certification
