Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
